Susan is an absolute pleasure to work with. We are not the easiest customers - we change our minds frequently - and she always is patient and accommodating. Most importantly, she is so knowledgeable about travel and the is not afraid to point us in a different direction if she believes it is a good fit. I can't imagine booking a trip to Caribbean without Susan!!
